About
The Lower Duden Waterfalls is a spectacular cascade that occurs as the Duden River spills off the Antalya City cliffs into the sea. To view the falls from above, stroll along Duden Park—where you can also lounge on the grass or grab something to eat in one of the cafes at the observation deck.
The falls can be reached by public bus from the center of Antalya. You can also join boat tours departing from the marina in Kaleici. Visit during spring or summer as that's when you can get close to the waterfall with the boat.

- SalaamusTurlock, California151 contributionsNatures power, and beauty filling a great sea 😯Stoped by this spot with tour, looks like a great place to bring children, lots to see …. The power of this waterfall falling into the ocean is amazing. You can see the mixture of fresh sweet water mixing with salt water. Awesome sight not to be missed. One of the last falls from a powerful river that can be seen further upstream.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten December 29, 2022
- Niki GMahe Island, Seychelles9 contributionsMagnificent - so glad we added this to or trip at the last minute!Absolutely magnificent - this was a last minute stop on our way out of Antalya and was well worth it and beyond our expectations. Its quite humbling watching the power of the water - and there are very few places you get to see a waterfall into the sea! We got there just before and stayed sunset, which was also magical. Nice open park area to stroll through around the falls.Visited September 2022Travelled as a coupleWritten May 20, 2023

- ammara javRomford, United Kingdom149 contributionsNature's Majestic CascadeDuring my visit to Antalya, I had the pleasure of exploring the Lower Düden Waterfalls, located just a few kilometres from the city centre, the Lower Düden Waterfalls offer a breathtaking display of natural beauty and raw power. The Lower Düden Waterfalls are a sight to behold, with cascading water plunging dramatically from a height of approximately 40 meters into the Mediterranean Sea. The sheer force and beauty of the rushing water create a mesmerizing spectacle that captivates visitors. The contrast between the lush greenery surrounding the falls and the turquoise water of the sea enhances the overall charm and tranquillity of the site. Visitors can either take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque coastal path where the cool mist created by the falls adds a refreshing touch or opt for a short boat tour to witness the waterfalls up close. There are several seaside cafes and stalls nearby where visitors can enjoy snacks or a refreshing beverage while being serenaded by the soothing sound of rushing water. Unfortunately, the beverage prices at the stalls near the Lower Düden Waterfalls are significantly inflated compared to the market rates. Visitors expecting reasonable prices may be taken aback by the high costs, which can make the simple act of enjoying a refreshment a less enjoyable experience. Personal advice to be prepared for these inflated prices or consider bringing your own drinks to avoid unnecessary expenses. Beverage prices: There are no price boards and after placing an order for 1 fresh juice I paid 300 liras. Absolutely nonsenseVisited October 2022Travelled as a coupleWritten July 15, 2023

A short walk through the pleasant Duden Park brings you to a path which follows the coastline. Along this path is an impressive waterfall which gushes out into the Mediterranean Sea. It's a powerful waterfall and fishermen at its base have to take great care to make sure that they don't get washed off the rocks at the waterfall's base. Boats sail quite close so that those on board can get some interesting photographs. However, from the land, one of the unusual sights is to see how the fresh water from the waterfall contrasts with water in the Mediterranean Sea.

There are two parts of the waterfall. One is upper duden waterfall that is pointed by Google maps. The other is lower duden waterfalls where it falls into the Mediterranean Sea. That is located as duden wonderland on Google maps.

We did it on the Antalya city tour, see Jet 2 rep, 2 waterfalls, cable car ride, lunch in the town, boat trip around bay and an hour to shop in the town. All for 55€ p/p, on a/c coach with brilliant guide.

Hi there
I would just like to find out what is the easiest way to get here? We will be staying in Kaleici for two nights and won't have a car. Is Duden waterfalls accessible by public transport?

Independent Travellers
We caught a bus, VC30 to upper Duden waterfalls which cost 3 TL p.p. one way. You can purchase a card from the driver when you embark which costs 12 TL and covers you for 4 journeys - we purchased 1 card and tapped twice to pay for 2 people. The bus stand is a 15 minute walk from Hadrians Gate, and drops you off 40 minutes later around the corner from the entrance to the Upper Duden waterfalls.
The falls itself are stunning, and you can easily spend a morning or afternoon taking in the breathtaking views. There are a few shops selling delicious local food and drink before you enter the park. You an even walk behind the falls, there are a lot of steps to navigate, so would be difficult for those in a wheelchair or if you have difficulty walking. You can see the waterfalls soon after you enter and this area is easy to navigate for all abilities. A great place to visit if you are in Antalya
