A huge city where you can get an idea of an ancient city with theatre, necropolis, old church, many houses, market places etc.

Not as impressive as nearby Patara, but worth a visit for a peek into the life of the region at the peak of its glory.

This was fascinating to visit, high on a hill overlooking the valley. Recommended alongside Letoon and nearby Patara with its lovely beach.
