This Beach, Buyuk Cakil in turkish, Big pebble beach in english, is the best and most beautiful beach on walkingdistance from Kas city center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from Kas town, and the promenade is just an amazing and beautiful walk with view of the ocean, and the mountaines landscape, and some really nice... I went to Big Pebble beach during low season so it was very nice because not so many people on the beach. The water similar like other beach, it has clear crystal color, a bit cold but so refreshing. From this beach, if you want to do some little hiking, you can easily follow the Lycian Way to the other... More

Really nice at sunset for a beer or dinner -- easy to drive to and park, always lots of friendly dogs and cats around too

About a 1km walk from Kas Hotel strip (one steep hill to negotiate - allow 20mins!). There is also a bus. We used the padded sun beds/parasol and little table of the Ada Restaurant. These were free to use as long as you got your drinks and snacks from the restaurant. A really great arrangement in my opinion. The manager... More

We spent an afternoon at Big Pebble Beach just a short walk from where we were staying in Kas. There are plenty of sun beds available for early birds but these soon filled up as the day went on. There are restuarants on both sides which provide good food with a beach order service which you settle before leaving. The... More

We visited here almost every day on our recent holiday in Kas. Be sure to eat at Ada restaurant (the green sunbeds), they will look after you.

Nice and it has to be seen. You may spend your whole day at this beach. 1.5 km away from Kaş center and you need to drive to there.

Great beach, small cove but big vibe! Great little cafe/ restaurants to eat and very comfortable sun chairs and affordable for a day there. Make sure to bring rock shoes as there are pebbles everywhere.

Very nice beach (little bit of sand, for the rest white stones, pebbles, which is very much ok) with lots of beds, umbrellas, and nice bar/restaurants. Close to Kas. Not the noisy 'beach club' posh atmosphere. Winds generally coming from the sea side, so even on a hot day it's very nice to be here. Beautiful sea, as blue as... More

You can be sure that you will have a great time in Big Pebble beach. First of all, you dont have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. It is not the same on the other beaches in Kaş. You can be serves depending on which sunbeds you sit and in all cafes, you will have the same sincerity. Omur Beach... More
