Koza Hani is a small square filled with cafes on the ground level and the silk shops are on the first floor. The surrounding area is filled with hundreds and hundreds of shops and stalls. You can find dried fruits, clothings, nuts, goldsmiths, silk shops, etc. I would recommend that you start your visit from Ulu Camii and then walk... More

This is just 1 of the 33 Hans in Bursa. If you are exploring the covered bazaar area of central Bursa you will have an occasion to visit several of them. This was where my wife shopped for her silk items while I rested and drank tea and coffee. I like exploring, not shopping.

Kozahanı is from Ottoman times with modernized touches by new generations. Different marketing shops, cafes are inside. It is a nice place to sit and drink something after a tiring walk.

A good place for silk shopping. Not sure of the price though. But there's more than a few cafes for coffee or tea to choose from

You cant help yourself taking pictures of the domes here. In the center of the Han, there is a masjid, around it there are so many seats you can drink your tea with simit or 'salep', a drink made out of the orchid root powder and milk. On the decond floor, there are so many shops selling goods out of... More

If you visit Bursa, this is a place you should visit. It is historic and still unspoiled. However, do not expect too much. People who love historic and old places, will like it. You do not pay to enter as it is a business area as well. You may also visit the places nearby at the same time as it... More

This is a beautiful place at the centre of the bazaar and towards the end of the silk road. It is well worth finding. You can buy shawls in silk, wool and other materials upstairs and you can sit in the square and drink Sahlep (highly recommended) and just enjoy the ambiance. Apparently in the summer there is a market... More
