The Uchisar Castle rises up over the Cappadocia plain and is visible for miles in any direction. Fabulous concentration of buildings and houses built around the soaring castle hill. Great for morning photos!

If you are afraid if heights it is not for you. Great view of Ortahisar town from the top. Amazing where people used to live, eat, sleep and make families in. We are very spoilt when you think about it. Lot of railing and chains to help you climb but im not so sure about the safety aspect. The town its self is very dusty, very quiet
And the roads around it are awful to say the least. Nothing to see except over priced souvenirs.

On the balloon viewing hill, you can see the village with fairy chimney ,big one.it's panoramic view with photo point of the name of the place with big colorful balloons .it's very nice picture. Where the safari jeep tour ends, we headed back to our hotel.

But, there is much more to see and visit in Cappadocia. In each season of the year you will find attractions, if you like heat, visit the city in summer, but if you prefer snowfall, it is advisable to book for the winter season.

Castle stairs are pretty high and may not be suitable for those with knee problems but castle area still worth to visit. There are nice streets with old furniture, decorated hotels and excellent views.
