LIES!! SCAM!! They sold us FAKE SULTANITE!! I bought a supposedly BLUE SAPPHIRE ring and guess what? When I bought it to other shops they all said the same; cheap 1st grade aquamarine. Lying about aquamarine is crazy. Basically, I paid for the metal that the stone is resting, not the stone itself Wallahi adheem I felt cheated when I found out the Sultanite that I bought was FAKE/LAB GROWN. BOYCOTT THIS SHOP!! I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE SULTANITE WAS FAKE ON THE TOUR I FOLLOWED!!

Avoid this place like the plague. Total rip off. I was taken in as our guide tut tutted another lady and I in our tour group because we bought a zultanite stone ring from a dress shop and told us he was taking us jewellery shopping in Cappadocia. They give you a talk and tell you that a certificate will be supplied with each purchase. Told us our stones in the rings we had already bought were 3rd grade stones and they only sold 1st grade stones. The ring I bought had other stones on the sides if the ring. 3 of them fell out on the flight back to Istanbul. Luckily I was staying on for a few days and they arranged for someone from the Grand Bazaar to pick up the ring, replace the stones and check the other stones. But when I got the ring back, I could tell which stones had been replaced. They weren't a perfect match, just near enough if you didn't look too closely. After a couple of months at home, one the replaced stones then fell out. I only wear the ring for 3-4 hours once a fortnight when I go out with friends for lunch. My cheap ring from the jewellery store also has side stones. I wear it heaps and none of them has fallen out. Our certificates also only mentioned the gold or silver, not the quality of the zultanite stones. I've worn both my rings at the same time on different fingers, and there has never been any difference in the clarity or the colour. Should have bought from the markets in Istanbul...... DON"T BUY FROM THEM! Obviously the guides are getting kickbacks, bus loads arrive at this place.
