Fethiye market only happens on Tuesday. It's great for everything from fruit vegetables clothes shoes bags. You name it they have it. Great day out and some great fun haggling with the market holders.

This is a huge Tuesday Market in Fethiye. You can eat, shop, grocery shop, etc. We did lots of our grocery shopping here during our stay. You just come and enjoy and experience it. Buy some Turkish delights from here (ours was very soft and fresh).

This is your typical large bazaar that you see on your holidays (where they have bazaars) that sell everything you can imagine. It is big and extends far and wide so can easily spend a few hours here. If this is not your thing, avoid! Bargains can be had but you have to haggle hard as contrary to belief, not... More

We all know how markets work, but in Turkey the go beyond this, bargains to be had as long as you haggle on price, from t shirts to bags, shoes and trainers and other goods, arrive anytime and the market is alive, take a look at the food as well, kids stuff is a bargain, so come out of your... Amazing place to pick up absolute bargains. As much as the hassling is annoying if you go with good spirit you will have a great time. I was amazed at how huge the market is and picked up some nice cheap souvenirs to take back with me.

Whatever you need and whatever you want is here (all bar, alcohol beverages but you don't need these anyway ). Experience this vast display of vegetables, clothes,,toys, food, pots and pans, crafts ,you name it ,it's there and make sure you barter hard for it. Except of course in the eateriers ,not considered very "ladylike".Here's a tip worth remembering( but you need a... More

It was at the end of the tourist season so even lower rates to haggle down to for the fake t-shirts I needed. Went here with friends who live locally, she was looking for the a handbag. First stall holder gave a price and when he found out she was local advised cheap fakes round the corner and because it... More
