Do not forget to visit this interest place, I called Mr. Chau at 099.131.7790 and pay only 60usd for the tour by jeep, many other tour offices showing double price.
The budda is located in a mountain and is 43 m. Is a fantastic atmosphere to be there ...go early in the morning if you want to feel the spirit of meditation. After 10 a.m . is everything in russian hands.

A cable car takes you up the mountain and you still have a few hundred steps to walk. So you need a reasonable fitness level or just rest when you are tired. But it is so worth the climb when you get to the top....More
We did this independently, but it might be better to go as part of an organised trip, as our driver wasn't sure where he was going and by the time we arrived we had to really hoof it. The last cable car returns at 5pm...More
