Ok, maybe I've only been to under 10 hot springs in my life so I don't know if it's the best ever, but hear me out. It's more of a theme park than natural hot springs, and I know that doesn't sound better but all the hot springs have different themes like red wine, ramen, and green tea. It's a... More

Wasn't expecting to go nude here. But as is custom, when in Rome, etc. etc. I hope there are no security cameras for there may be unaccustomed photography. Just kidding. This was a very natural and relaxing day for me I paid about 5,000 jpy for my ticket and enjoyed hours of hot spring and hot baths as well as... More

This is a great place for couples and families to have a fun day. We enjoyed time in several different hot springs (hot tubs). Maybe my favorite was the wine tub featuring a huge wine bottle continuing to pour fresh wine/water into the tub. Sometimes it got a little crowded, but people were continually moving around and we found some... More

This is a great place to relax. It's a hot spring with a twist; with coffee, wine, sake, chocolate and green tea. I think the best one is the outdoor spring over looking the mountains. Great view! I was here 3 years ago, it seems that the place was cut in half because of the construction going on the other... More

Best for nature-scene lover. Mountainous, foggy, and chilly. Indoor flavored pools are great. Hot water temperature is soothing. The crowd is distressing though. Swim wear rental is over-priced. Better bring your own swimming wear.

It was raining outside, but inside this indoor and outdoor water theme park, we were soaking in green tea, Sake, Coffee, Uzu, and wine pool. Plus there is quite a large pool. We brave the outside in spite of rain, as there are water slides and more heated pools outdoor. Lots of food around. Cost us US$40/person plus lunch. Worth... More

This was one of the last stop for our group tour coming from Mt Fuji. From Oshino Hakkai in Yamanashi, this place is an hour away by charter bus and a total of 2 hours from our Hotel (hilton shinjuku). This is my Nth trip to Japan but my 1st time here in Yunnesan. Its definitely different and unique. Not... More

We visited on an overcast, cold day. Take the escalators up past the shops to pay. You can rent a towel for 100yen, and you have a locker key and barcode to use if you want to buy drinks or food. The food choice/quality wasn't great. There are different baths to try, e.g. wne, coffee, sake, green tea. There are... More

It's accessible via bus. I wanted to visit this place because of all the unique "baths" they had: wine, sake, coffee, green tea etc. When we arrived, we noticed how large the building was. Lots of shops on the way to the front desk- they offered "private" (meaning no clothes/swim suite) and public water park (with swim suit). We obviously... More
