The cruise was smooth sailing , partly thanks to the great weather. However, it was a cloudy day and Mt fuji is nowhere to be seen. A big disappointment. There are ample of seats available in the cruise including both indoors and outdoors. It is...More

We took the vessel with the idea of being able to get a good view of Fujiyama, unfortunately weather and volcanic activity prevented that, but the trip, not long, was safe and enjoyable.

From the outset, it looks like an impressive replica of a pirate ship but once you set foot inside, it is basically just another ferry. There is 1 pirate captain on board for one to take pictures mainly for kids. There is an inside seating...More

I really enjoyed these boats. The navigation is smooth, and we had trips on a rainy day without any problem. It was beautiful anyway😃

A very pleasant cruise across the lake high up in the mountains. Can be a bit crowded in the cheap seats with everyone wanting to be on deck. Perhaps if your lucky you will see Fuji as it was noit visible on our trip.

Love the ship from outside and inside. The interior were so pretty and antiques too. Kids loved it and so did we. The lift inside was great for wheelchair and seniors. We had a nice 45mins cruise on it.

The boats are designed like Pirate ships of yore. Kids will enjoy recalling their favourite pirate be it Jack Sparrow or Long John Silver. The boat has a first class section and an ordinary class. The ordinary class has 4 decks, with seating on the...More

30 mins relaxing cruise @ Lake Ashino! From Hakone-machi port to Motohakone port, we could see nice view of lake Ashino & mt Fuji. As cable cars operated only between Togendai which is the another end of cruise, and Owakudani, we took return cruise. I...More

I have only been to Motohakone - a good selection of shops and a great restaurant/cafe that overlooks the lake. The boat usually stops at both - so you can do both if you have the time.
