This place is really fun, there is loads going on. A roller coaster, a log flume, the big wheel, kids attractions, you won't be bored! Definitely make a visit here!

I think it is a pretty interesting place. I have a great penchant for ferris wheels and I had an awesome ride on this one, which gives you a great view of the place. I took it twice, once during the day, and again at...More

The entrance to the park is free of charge. You just have to pay for what you want to have a try. The ferries wheel Cosmo Clock 21 is a must-try. Strongly recommend to try it in the evening and the view won't disappoint you!

Two coasters, a log flume, and a MASSIVE Ferris wheel are among the attractions in this compact, yet fun-packed harborfront amusement park, close to both downtown and Minato Mirai. The views from the top of the wheel are bettered only by those from nearby Landmark...More

I'm not used to pay-per-ride theme parks but the nice part is that you can stroll through free of charge! The lights are super fun at night and it's in a great location.

Stopped by Cosmo world as I had a few hours before my train left. It's busy and fun. You can pay for the rides and attractions individually. This park is definitely a family fun place, don't expect big thrills here.

Travelled here with family for a fun day out. Reminds me of an old fashioned amusement park! Free entry but pay per ride....some cool retro rides and enjoyable for a few hours. It's not a whole day out but fun for few hours!

It's a fairly small amusement park, but there is no entrance fee and it's close to Yamashita park and other sights, so it's definitely worth visiting. In case you decide any attraction is worth your money and time, you just purchase a ticket. I recommend...More

Hello, Sorry, i only just saw this! Yes, you can even go there just to ride the coaster and leave! The theme park charges per ride, not per entry :) i believe it was about 1000 yen person. Hope this helps :)
