It is the most tranquil place we've been on this trip. There aren't a bus load of tourist like in other attractions. You can spend time taking in the sights in the back and front gardens. Its well worth the 900Yen entrance fee

Pay to enter. Price covers the garden and museum. Shares a fence with Yoshikien garden next door which is free for tourists. Guy at ticket booth not friendly.

Hi Jolly, You will find it is OK with stroller, you may need to hold baby here and there, because the path is not smooth like drive way. Hope it is helpful. Cheers, Linda
