The mall was less crowded when we were there before lunch time. Like the dim underground walkways with a bit of European feel. But frankly the shops are much like other shopping mall in Japan and mostly cater for women. Just a few shops selling...More

Tenjin Underground Shopping Center is a maze of shops selling clothes, accessories, cosmetics and food. It’s a convenient one-stop shopping area to drop by after sightseeing.

This underground mall has a very good feel with the deco really looking good. Lots of shops to walk around to avoid all the heat on the surface.

Probably the most luxurious looking underground mall I have been to. Good mixtures of shops and connections to the ground levels.

You can literally get lost going in and out of this stretch of underground shopping street. No worries about the sun or rain as it connects to many shopping malls. Just make sure your legs are strong enough!
