Make sure you have good directions getting there. Parking was easily available. Interesting place. Don't miss visiting if in Okinawa.

It's definitely worth seeing if you are into the Japanese culture. Too bad it was under construction when we visited. Also, make sure to bring lots of water if you go during the hot summer months.
Definitely worth a visit to learn more about the Ryukyu kingdom and Chinese influence. Beautiful castle with many areas you can visit, but main entranceway was covered with scaffolding sheet so couldn't get the impressive photo I was hoping for. Kids enjoyed the stamp collecting...More
