We saw this as an excursion from Watamu beach, and it was an interesting tour where we could hold a falcon that was flying on the trainer's commands, see big and small birds very close, and even Nile crocodiles and some snakes. Some of the...More

The falconry of Kenya is a fantastic place to visit. The staff there have been there for years & you can see the passion they have for the animals they care for. It is a bit tired & obviously needs work on cages but overall...More

It was a nice visit - the entry fees were reasonable and you get a guide to show you around. The area is quite small but has quite an array of birds, snakes, crocs and tortoises on show. It makes a good educational visit for...More

We had a very close view of different birds, crocodiles and snakes. We could not believe how small the area is to accommodate all these creatures. Good connection to nature though there is room for improvement on displays.

Off Lamu road, near the Moriema cottage is a beautiful destination for bird enthusiasts. The bird varieties I saw included Eagles, Owls, Hawks, Falcons and Pecker birds, and others. The all-wise Pauline, the owl and some that seem to perform a jive are a treat....More
