The ferry has air-cond, so no need to worry if it's so hot inside. Also got the staffs selling foods and drinks during the whole journey. The TV showed a nice movie to the passengers but it can't ease my nausea at all.

When the wave is great, it is easy to induce seasick. Make sure do not eat anything few hours before boarding the ferry or else there is a chance to vomit your food out from your stomach.
