Mahsuri has it's legend. I first heard this most famous Mahsuri legend at such a very young age. What made me remembered this legend most was the white bloods flowed from the wounds of Mahsuri when she sentenced to death. She then cursed Langkawi island had 7 generations of bad luck. With this in mind, the first thing I did... More

Spend our time and money to visit this museum/gallery, was such a wasted. There was not much things to see. One round, I think not more than 10min u can be finished in there. If this place doesn't need to buy entrance tickets, then can be visit. But it needed, so means is not worth for it.

They have improved the decoration of the place and more parking space. You can enjoy seeing the tomb around with the thing that Mahsuri used for living and other things which is interesting.

This visit was neither here nor there. Was interesting to learn the story of Mahduri and the curse she put on the land. Can see her tombstone and a recreation village around showing what villages were like at the time period (pre 1900s). The village itself is a little interesting but run down. The houses on stilts you can walk... More

The visit to Mahsuri's Tomb is a must when in Langkawi. It tells a tale of how Langkawi came to prosper. It is a short drive from the airport and from Kuah. The place seems to be undergoing some form of renovation. All in all, I enjoyed it.

It's alright. Not the most amazing place I have been too. The whole place is about a cursed Malaysian woman. Entry is pretty cheap it's just abit boring.

The price for the tickets was not cheap. The entire so called museum was not impressive, set up was confusing, the flow of the story was not clear. I think I understood the legend better through a quick read on Wikipedia; and that's sad. Your shows starts at 2pm, I was there at 11pm and I have paid equal money... More
