I visited the butterfly garden and was very pleased with what I found. There was a huge variety of butterflies, allowing me to see more of them than I had expected, and they all looked lovely. The garden was laid out nicely with a variety of flowers and other plants to make the paths more pleasant, and between the flowers... More

This was our third visit to the butterfly garden. Our visit was made all the more interesting by Mr. Mohd, the Bengladeshi worker. He took the lizards, stick insect, butterflies and even snakes out of their cages and interacted with them. Put them on us for really great photographs. He even interacted with the scorpion and showed us that they... More

We were positively impressed by this butterfly garden, we were so lucky to meet a local staff guiding us very enthousiast around and teaching us the details of the insects and the way they grow them. Apart of insects he shows us chameleons, walking branches, walking leaves, scorpios, etc. In the great butterfly area we spent another 2,5 hours to... More

We had a fairly brief stop here during a day trip to the Cameron Highlands. It's a pretty local, smallish place but we thoroughly enjoyed it (actually enjoyed it more than the expensive, huge butterfly place on Langkawi). Absolutely beautiful flowers, didn't visit the animal part (probably just as well). The insect/lizard/snake part was really good.We were unsure of whether... More

We had about 2 hours slot before departing back to KL and as we stayed in a hotel nearby that was the obvious choice. I was surprised with the size of the place as from the road it looks just like a tiny building. Not that it is very big but definitively bigger than it may look. Inside, you can... More

There are some beautiful butterflies and there is a small zoo around. There was a guide that played with the raccoons and showed everyone the insects and played a bit with them.. I don't know it's probably nice for kids but I thought it was a bit sad.

Mr Chau of Golden Hills recommended this place upon our stay in his B&B. It was pay per entrance for kids and adult and the place had a butterfly, some insects and also reptiles for kids to look at and roam. The bottom of the garden had a beautiful gerberra garden planted with various colours of gerberra and beautiful to... More
