Other stores around area has most of teas except special ones. Decent prices for tea here and little cafe with desserts too. Not fan of seeing how tea is made and processed but I guess it was cool to taste various teas.

No, no Entrance fee there. there is a restaurant over there. Only cost there is if you want to enjoy a cup of tea.
