The most touristy place in Penang . It's the historical area and very well protected. One must walk in the streets of this town in order to feel the beauty. Full of restaurants, bars, hotel, museums ,temples and life .

Yes I stayed at Batu Ferranghi myself. Very safe plus there is a decent night market and plenty of places to shop, eat or simply sit around the pool. Enjoy....
