When you are in this place, must try the Nasi Dalca Rahim at Queen Street. This small stall was said has been established since 1948. Dalca is the name of the curry with lamb or mutton. Was walking through the area and saw the signs interesting shops making resizing rings jewellery on the street. Lots of Bollywood music playing added to the atmosphere. Wide variety of food available on the street.

We didn't stop off long here, for me the best part was seeing the marigold and flower decorations hanging at the front of the decoration shops. These are used in wedding ceremonies and apparently ate quite costly. The rest was just a jumble of plastic containers, washing products, DVD and CD shops blaring Indian music full blast, a few unopened... More

Its realy nice n super place for shopping. There are many shop and assorted kind of things to buy. Dont miss ur chance to get indian food and indian culture shop.

Little India a is a lively area with a few decent Indian restaurants and some interesting little shops. Well worth a wander, especially later in the afternoon and early evening when it all comes to life.

I traveled with my friend here in Oct 2015. We are from Tamil Nadu (India) and we were excited to see exactly the same atmosphere prevailing across the Bay of Bengal. The colors of saree shops, noise of film songs and mind blowing food (parotta - as we call in our home state, is roti canai here). Must visit place... More

Really good if your looking for furnishings and clothes very cheap and plentiful. Lots of different stuff and a bit like a flee market. Search and you may great a bargin.
