There are plenty of amazing mosques in Penang but this mosque really stood out due to its beautiful architecture. There is prayer space for both males and females. However worth noting Jumu'ah (Friday Prayer) alternates between this mosque and another one within 5mins walking distance).

We only walk around the perimeter. The mosque is beautiful. We heard it is one of the oldest mosque in Georgetown. As the prayers are on-going, we did not enter. Good to come by after the street arts walk.

Visited here after long walk and amazed by the view. They provide tour for non-moslems who want to understand about the history behind. The place was surprisingly filled with cool breeze , nice to stop here to relax a while.

During my visit to Penang, I passed by the mosque. It looks beautiful and clean from outside. I didn’t step in as I was wearing shorts. I managed to snap some photos.
