Need a proper directory or else very easy get lost in the mall. Very confusing layout. The new side (TOP) is very happening and the other side is dark, quiet, and very scary.

The tallest building at Penang centre. Shopping mall, office, restaurant all under one roof . The building is a bit outdated but if for tourist is worth to visit for once.

To the best of my knowledge, this place is not about the tower building itself but about the big central bus terminal and the two big shopping malls near the tower building (did go into the tower building, but the security desk on the first floor said I couldn't go up, don't know if it was just the time of... Is the tallest building in Penang Island, with shopping mall and offices. You can do shopping in the mall, or enjoy your breathtaking Penang city view from the Skybridge. Skybridge will cost you RM88 for Malaysian with Mykad or RM118 for people without Mykad. Or you can opt to purchase a package at RM98 with Mykad, or RM150 for none... More

We started off in a supermarket on several floors in adjacent shopping centre and spent hours trying to find our way into Komtar and up to restaurant on top floor. Based on this, my 4th visit to Malaysia, the country does not seem to believe in direction signs in any language (my wife is Malaysian). Due to lack of signs,... More

It's just plain boring. Worthless for the price you pay, If you love to take photo it might be a good place for you but I wouldn't want to pay for that. Not many people visiting this place. You will have to end your tour if it started to rain. Or you will need to wait for the rain to... More

This place is like a giant market place. There were electronics to food. Plenty of shops to choose from. I had a good time here. There were also places to buy some clothes. Overall I would describe it as a place which offers a wide range of products and food to choose from. Everything is available under one roof.

There are better malls in Penang, it is not the kind of place that I would recommend visiting as a tourist.

It is not frequented by most since the existence of Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. There is however a glass sky-walk in the shape of a "U" so those interested could go check that out.
