The design of the mall is not family/stroller friendly or wheelchair friendly. The security there would just watch as people who can use the escalator would TELL people in wheelchairs or with babies in strollers to get out of the elevator because it was overloaded....More

An excellent Mall which also has a Tesco store inside. Prices are cheaper in the mall than in KL so you may pick up a few bargains. Also plenty of food places inside.

Yes It is connected to IOI City Mall.No train station nearby You may use taxi or bus to the nearest station which is Putrajaya Sentral From there you may take ERL to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan TBS or KL Sentral
