Kuching as a "Cat City" would mean I should start my tour of the city here the walk down the main road along the riverbank to the Golden Bridge....have you ever thought of counting the cats of the monument ?

Nice photo op, but not much more. Probably a must stop in the city of cats, but I would not go out of the way to visit.

Yes,Kuching loves its cats,since its named after cats.There are several cat statues around town,have seen 3 so far.Also several cats at my hotel,they seem to be given privileges,like lazing around in lobby,and front steps.

If you like cats you would love seeing all the cat statues around kuching town. They were big small different colours.

They ae just giant cat statues really and while they don't any "wow" moments they are a must do visit for photographs!
