The medinas of Marrakesh and Fez can be overpowering, this wee medina has everything in easy to navigate streets.

Loved this Medina, not as stressful or busy as the Marrekech Medina. No pressure. Lots of souvenirs and items to buy. I bought a beautiful warm shawl and Moroccan scarves.

This seaside town is a great place to wonder, choose your own seafood, and take time to people watch and wander the streets. Great views, friendly vendors, good prices and great atmosphere make this a must stop by when in Morocco.

Lovely and very relaxed. Much more calmed and easier to go out and about than the Fes or Marrakesh medinas. I also felt it was a lot more cleaner than the ones mentioned above which improved overall our experience. A lot of high end art...More

It's about 2 hours from Marrakesh, costs about 1000 Dhs for private car. Ours was easily arranged by our Dar (small hotel).
