Great to walk up and down to eliminate effects from excellent local restaurants. Always busy whatever the weather and when wind gets up...most days...the surfers and wind kites are out. Great bars and restaurants at north end although south is quiet

I would walk about 15 minutes from the town walls and just sit and chill on this great beach. Hiring a shaded sunbed is ridiculously cheap and although you get the odd beach trader popping over, if you're polite they continue on their way (you...More

Had a beautiful 10km walk on this beautiful Sandy Beach. Great for running or cycling too! Also available we're camel rides, horse rides, or ATVs. Surprised that beachfront hotels are not available. Hopefully coming soon!

A lovely beach with soft sand and great seaside cafes, although grounds are heavily littered. I would recommend this to all people of all ages.

Sun beds and parasols for 500MAD per day. Great sands. Watch incoming tide. Comes in a long way and very quickly. Good attended public toilets nearby

Beach was nice even if a bit windy. It is a bit disappointing to be interrupted every 5 steps by a local who wants to sell you something.

We had a day trip to Essaouira and had to visit the beautiful beach. It is very long with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of activities along the shoreline and locals playing football. It is quite a firm beach but lots of sand so...More
