We did a half day trip with Tommy the "sand man" What an experience. We started out unearthing some spider tunnels in the sand which one would never had guessed were there. We then went through the desert looking for and learning about side winders ( desert snakes) , colorful lizards and birds. The beauty of the desert landscape was... More

We booked a two hour guided quad bike tour in the desert. Our guide B 1 was very friendly and helped us to get the most out of our tour.We never thought a desert could be so beautiful. At places the sand dunes are so perfect that it almost looks fake. This is one of our highlights of the area. Take something... More

This was a lot of fun! You can pick either automatic shift or manual shift quads, depending on your comfort and skill. You can also pick a slower or faster tour through the dunes. We went with a couple and she opted for the slower and I went with the guys on the faster. I was a little nervous actually,... More

This is something that can be done by the whole family. Quality time for sure. It is easy find and offers activities such as Quad bike riding and desert runs. Make sure to ask them for special packages.

Really enjoyed the quad-wheeling in the dunes. Excellent visuals in the middle of the desert. Camel rides fun too!!!!!!!

We opted for the 2 hour quad bike trek through the dunes! Not much to say other than that we had a fantastic time. Just 4 of us in the group and we headed out into the desert in the afternoon sun. Half way through, we stopped for some water and we clambered to the top of one of the... More

Instructor patient with myself and an older New Zealander couple as none of us had been on the bikes recently. Value for money very good - recommended if you have time and want a bit of a rush. Just be sure not to put your feet on the ground if you lose control. Just dive in the other direction of... More

My 12 yr old daughter and I did the quad bike tour in the desert and it was fun, fun, fun! The sights of the dunes were amazingly beautiful; something we never would have seen on foot. My daughter had some difficulty with the bike at first and our guide was patient and thoughtful and helped her through it. Definitely... More

We did the desert explorer tour with a guide on quads and saw a lot of animals we would have never spotted, if we were alone out there.

We did a two hour combo trip with our three boys, ages 12, 9 and 9. Our guide, Niko, was excellent, especially with the boys, who had never before ridden quads. The price is a high (we paid 3000 Namibian Dollars), but we had a wonderful time.
