I've visited Panama 5 times now and this was the second time I was out on a boat tour to island. Every visitor should experience this, you see all sorts of wild life. We saw dolphins jumping out of the water, numerous sea turtles, snorkelled with so many different kinds of fish. It was incredible. We used fluid adventures out... More

The trip costs around 70 dollars, which might seem like a lot but trust me it's worth it! When you go to santa catalina you can book a daytrip to the national park of Coiba (50 dollars for the trip and lunch, 20 dollars entrance fee to the national park) The trip starts around 8am and you'll be home at... We did a day trip organized by the staff of our hotel (Mama Ines), it was very good. We traveled with two kids, and two elderly folks. It was a bit difficult to jump in and out... More

Visited the Ranger Station each day while camping with Fluid Adventures about a 40-minute sea kayak trip away. Took a one-hour walk through the forest and came across a smallish troop of howler monkeys who whooped it up when they saw us.
