The walk up the stairs was quite a hike up. But the views are amazing and we took our time. We went with our guide since he said he wasn't sure if was safe for us to walk up there by ourselves.

You will need to sweat a lot in order to reach the Condor, is excellent if you visit them in the morning. I suggest you to leave from your hotel at 5am in order to avoid the sun.

The mirador is signposted from Plaza de Armas, but then becomes a bit harder to find (I just asked people where it was and they told me). It involves quite a bit of uphill walking, culminating in 559 steps (yes, I counted them). Don't attempt...More

We walked from our hotel and up all the steps. Amazing view of the city and lake Titicaca. Totally safe to be there during the day.

Lots of stairs to go up but pretty complete view of the city. We were the only ones there which was pretty cool.

Unless you go there with a group don't go there. Our hotel staff recommended absolutely not to go there unless you want to get robbed. A lot of people got robbed lately.
