Same old thing. Climb hundreds of steps to a place of worship. What about the old and handicapped. We were told 200 steps its closer to 400. Good view of the city. Rest rooms at the shops below.

It is a long climb but it is definitely worth it! We went up the hill when the sun is about to set, so we were able to pray in silence at the chapel and grotto. The fog added to the mystical experience.

If you don't intend to pray to Jesus thru Mary, dont go up. This is a pilgrimage site, not an accidental exercise venue where you can take pictures for sharing on social media.
