Whenever we take visitors to Baguio we take them to see the Igorot weavers. Upstairs is the gift shop and downstairs is the weaving room where you are free to watch the weavers on their looms. The products sold in the gift shop are all made down here and you can always find something affordable to buy. Definitely a cultural... More

We did not expect the place to be a big facility where they sell a lot of stuff, from clothes to accessories to wooden items. We managed to watch the weavers do their thing, and it was an amazing experience. Our kids liked it very much! My wife loved the quality of their clothing and accessories, though a bit pricey... Visited while in Baguio and one of the highlights of our business. The work that these women do is amazing, and being able to watch the making of the products was a truly inspiring. Bought several sets of place mats to give as unique Christmas gifts for the family. Highly recommend anyone who visits Baguio include Easter Weaving as a... More

Baguio local weaving product, I like the way they weave still in traditional way, they still use bamboo weaving looms to create the weaves. You can go to their weaving room where they actually make the weave. You watch the whole production take photo while their weaving. There's the room for finish product. I mainly buy for table runners and... More

I was very well pleased with my made to order Cordillera heritage barong from Easter Weaving Room in Baguio City. Another addition to my ethnic formal wear which very soon I will be ordering again. They do made to orders native inspired apparel, even "on line". Haute couture need not be that expensive nor tied to western templates. They also... More

This place has a basement where women work to weave fabric. You can go down here and see how this is made. Educational and a different experience for kids. They are open 8-5 Mon-Sat. We came in about 530 and they were kind enough to still let us in. They also offer 2 floors of items for sale. Mostly weaves... More

I was impressed by the women downstairs on the weaving machines producing the beautiful works. Items upstairs were a bit touristy pricy. There is a lot to pick from.

Easter weaving room is a nice, educating and awesome experience. Here, you can see original hand made weavings with cordilleran accent. You can watch the manual and actual weaving of the cordilleran fashion called the " inabel " in the local dialect. You can also buy numerous and diverse cultural souvenir items like wood carvings, tapis, bahag, and many other... More

The Easter Weaving Room is one of its kinds in Baguio City. It is, in fact, as old as the City, as it was established sometime in 1909. The weaving room is the home to the traditional method of weaving in Baguio. The room has at least 15-20+ wood-driven weaving machines, making numerous yards of weaved materials every day. The...
