Don't go out of your way, it's a small cute park, nothing bad about it, just don't expect a Burnham park. Walk around it for 20 minutes...that's it.....nice for adults,,would be boring for kids.

Because of its name "Panagbenga", I thought it has a lot of flowers in it. But I was satisfyingly disappointed upon arrival as it has nothing in it but the butterfly garden. How sad it is, I'm expecting flowers!!! :(

The panagbenga park where we visited as shown in my photos were taken few years ago, which was similar to the panagbenga now. It has still the spark of the beauty of the flowers displayed in the panagbenga park today. The park now is in...More

Its a small park. Not much visited by tourist because if im not mistaken its only open on Panagbenga Festival. Located at miltary circle going to central town, bakakeng area and military cut-off.

This review is quite late. Panagbenga Park is named after the City's annual Panagbenga Festival which has become a major tourist attraction

In the middle of the park is a coffee-tea shop where you enjoy lemon grass tea, brewed coffee with honey on the side. Perfect stop over after doing a walk around John hay

I have traveled solo to experience their famous Panagbenga Festival and its worth my time and effort. I love the floats decorated with flowers. They are lots of locals and tourists watching the said festival.

By the way we stayed in Iggy's inn which is close to this park. You may want to stay there because it is very quiet. Close to Teacher's Camp as well. Not a 5 star accommodation but very accommodating owners and staff!
