Sea of clouds

I love the visit tp mount pulag. The place is serene. Aside from the sea of clouds, star gazing here is also awesome.

As the original plan to hike via Akiki Trail we changed to Ambangeg trail because the akiki trail was fully on that weekend. Make sure you make an early booking where ever trail that you gonna choose. Avoid weekend trip because its gonna be hell of crowds. The best way to reach Baguio from Manila is by night train. You... long walking, freezing cold weather, shortness of breathing, palpitating heart beat, muscles pain, head ache and runny nose you might experience all of this but when you reach the summit it's truly amazing! The beauty of sunrise, mountains, grassland and pine ridges, slopes, and of course the scenic view of the sea of clouds ( though it's a little only... More

The views up on top are too beautiful and breathtaking to describe when you are on summit. Good place to rest, worth the time to reach it. But the problem is the tour guides, they will cut you purse in half and decapitate your pockets with their too expensive tourist packages.

I visited and hiked this mountain about 2 years ago and it's definitely of the most memorable experiences in my life. There were quite a bit of people but not as bad as the crowds they have now. We experienced rain, sleet, and really bad weather but everything cleared up when we were at the summit hike early in the... More

If you want to experience biodiversity and clean air, visit this national park. However, please note that we are not allowed to take anything here but only to appreciate the flora and small invertebrates found in the area

From the entrance of the park you need to attend a mandatory meeting. Then take a Jeepney ride to the drop off point. We used our Inova Diesel to get to the top :) The guides said we would never make it but it performed better then the jeeps which kept getting stuck. The only thing which is perilous is... More

Amazing climb that was worth the struggle. We climbed non stop for 8 hours. Started 12 AM reached the peak at 4 AM and reached base camp at 9AM. We saw the see of clouds for a few minutes... really amazing. If you get the chance, do it!

It was November 2015 when I climbed up Mt. Pulag. I can say that it was indeed one of the most challenging, fun, toughest but worth it experience that I had. Me and my group climbed up around 12 pm already because we had to wait for the office of DENR to open so we can register and attend the... More
