Place is nice, clean, great value for money considering the food and facilities.

Just wish the Hot Tub wont be THAT SCALDING HOT! Most people would stay in the Cold Pool instead.

Can you just being down the temp just slightly lower?

I finally get to visit the place that my friends has been recommending to try. The place is nice and clean but be prepared to be au naturale. Message is one of the best I've tried.

I've been going to this spa for more than five years now on a regular basis. The wet area is still really nice and well kept, only that they close now the facilities by 2 am (unlike before). I have to say that the therapists before are way better. There are times now that I am not completely satisfied with the pressure of the massage (unlike before wherein all the therapists seems really well trained). Anyway, this is still a good place to relax.

We have a long layover so my daughter and I decided to have a massage and use the lounge for 5 hours.
The front desk clerk said we had to wait for at least an hour before the next therapists would b ready, which we didn't mind at all. Upon entering though, we were told to go straight to the room. The grouchy front desk clerk became upset and reprimanded me saying, "didn't I tell you to stay at lounge?" I told her it was her staff who told us to go straight. As she acted like a boss, her staff politely told us to stay at the lounge. Barely had I had my head in the pillow and we were told to go inside.
After the massage (which was short of an hour), we were to go back to the lounge to consume the remaining time. While I wants to rest and take a nap, I couldn't because the therapists were noisy chit-chatting among themselves while giving service. I started working on my puzzle, my daughter asked if I could have a lamp, the therapists pointed her to the direction of the front desk clerk who came in to tell me that I can't have light because the other customers were sleeping. I said that I wanted to do that too but therapists were noisy. In a very standoffish way she said, " then let's turn on all the lights!", which she did.
I hope the management reads this and deal with her. As far as I'm concerned, I will never to back to this overrated place.

The spa is located at the 5th floor of Networld Hotel. Parking space is available.
The place has a wet floor:
✅hot pool with hydromassage
✅Cold pool
✅Sauna
✅Steam room

Price range: Php 980~2500

Note: You have to be on your birthday suit in the wet floor.

A yukata will be provided when you go to the common areas.

The massage is great and is situated on a common massage room. The oils used are from Australia and it's not greasy. I recommend the Energize.

After the massage you can dine at the 6th floor which is accessible via stairs. They have shakes which you can sip while sitting on the lazy boy while watching the sunset or street lights at night.

Been going here ever since we were a kid. It saddens me how bad their customer service is now. They talk to their customers rudely, there is no employee inside the Wet room (girls). I even went outside the lobby just to ask for an update regarding our body scrub wearing a TOWEL. Went to the massage area to calm myself down and the therapist just added to the fume. She was just rubbing her hands around my body. No energy. nothing. my sister was the one who entered the massage room first but i finished earlier. Her name is Penny. As much as possible try to avoid this therapist.

The last time I came here, I loved their service. But this time we had to transfer rooms for 2 times. First, we were given free room upgrades. When we got to the room, turns out that the room is not really available, so we had to go to the original room category that we booked. When we got our keys, and went to the room, we found out that there is someone inside the room! So we were again asked to go to another room. It was a big hassle since we checked in with 2 kids.

Though this is one of the more expensive spas in Manila, this place is great. The place caters mainly to Japanese and Chinese tourists but there are many Filipinos who come here as well.

The lobby looks nice and relaxing and the Staff is courteous. After payment, you give your shoes to the receptionist, and they lead you to the locker. Note: the first room has the japanese character for women.

The wet area, sauna + shower is very clean.

The jacuzzi water is temperature controlled and the staff regularly checks the area. The cold pool is absolutely cold. The steam sauna is perfect and they put in some herbs to add in a pleasant aroma. The Dry sauna is extremely hot and is not bearable. FYI: you can only use a very small towel in the wet area and some people go in the wet area naked.

They give you free towels, spa shorts, and a yukata so you can move around the common areas.

I did a 2 hour massage, 1 hour body and 1 hour foot. You are given an option to choose your aromatherapy oil. I was then led to a common area of the same gender.

The massage is absolutely great! The masseur was very skilled.

Definitely going back.

Networld Hotel Manila was so designed to specifically cater to the Japanese market, with extensive food and beverage offerings purely Japanese.

If you are looking at a temporary oasis in the city that's clean, not crowded and relaxing then this is the place. Like in my previous reviews, this place can be the nearest thing to the onsens i have tried in Japan. Pools are indeed hot. So goes the dry sauna. However, the thing that i like most about this place is the quiet and relaxing ambiance. That includes the factor of not so much people. So it does not have a marketplace atmosphere. Next time you want to relax, go to this place.
