They'll tell you up to class 4, but even with the water up a little I didn't see anything above class 3 (from my prospective), would make a good family adventure ... good over all experience and would definitely recommend the trip if already in the area, and good value for the price if you've done this type of thing... Based off the crocodile farm, you take a 45-min ride to the jump off point for the wild water ride. It's been raining for 2 days in Davao so the water was unusually high, making the trip so much more bumpy and fun. Our excellent guide, arnel, got us through despite the wild (really!) waters. We capsized once but it... More

I have been to maybe half a dozen white water rafting adventures around the world and this is by far the most fun and most reasonable I've experienced. 13km of river - raft thru the wild bits, hop off and drift down the river on the calm, get overturned on some (you can request not to). Stop and eat lunch... More

The best thing i liked about this experience is the river guides were so funny and energetic all throughout the trip. It won't be as fun without them. Respect!

Actual river rafting was fun even though waters were low due to the recent El Niño. Guides were helpful and did their best to ensure we had fun. Bummer was the looong drive to and from the rafting starting and ending point from the city.

Though we tried this one during summer dry season, the rapids they say could be more challenging compared to what we experienced. But despite that we had a lot of fun. We bumped into some rocks, swam through the river, tackled some rapids and had fun. The guides are nice also. If you are living somewhere south of Davao(Matina, Mintal,... More

Having done the white water rafting in Cagayan de Oro countless times, it was high time to try Davao's version. Compared to CDO's where we start early, we were told to go to the Crocodile Park at 8am for the briefing. 8am sounded late. This is where the briefing and preparations are done. It took another 1 hour to travel... More

We had the orientation at crocodile park. Jali was the lecturer, and he was funny. Then we were assigned to teams. Since we were a group of 6, we had the boat all to ourselves. Smaller groups were merged to form the other team. Jali was the guide assigned to us, so we enjoyed the rafting even more. We left... More

I went to Davao primarily to experience its well-known river rafting. It was an unforgettable experience! Frankly, I don't even know how to swim but I was able to traverse the 13-km route in Davao River which lasted for around 3 hours including a 20-minute lunch break. Just to let you know, the river was relatively calm which made the... More

At first, I was hesitant of going rafting here in Davao. I'd already been in Colorado so I wasn't sure if this would be just as good. I'm glad I got over that hesitation, as we had an awesome time here. All of the guides were really friendly and always joking around. They were great for a bunch of laughs.... More
