This museum was a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to have a historical glimpse of the Cathedral but I guess it was all gone after the cathedral itself was destroyed. The museum mainly focused about Cardinal Vidal and I was just really expecting more...More

The religious antiques were beautiful especially the statues made of ivory and glass eyes. Ask permission from the caretaker before you leave the museum for a photo in the old staircase.

Beautiful building with alot of history. Many wonderful artifacts and relics from the Spanish colonization right up to present time. Only disappointment was no pictures aloud inside, only exterior.

The history of Cebu is preserved in this museum. I is just along the road so very accessible if you want to know some of the history of Cebu.

Historic building housing artifacts from the recent past, this museum is a welcome addition to the many museums sprouting in the city. There are many items on the second floor going up using the hardwood stairs. There is minimal explanations or panels in the galleries...More
