This very grand building is located at the intersection of Stefan cel Mare Square with Calea Dorobantilor. No entry is possible for tourists, it can only be admired only from the outside. Other architecturally grand buildings are to be found in the vicinity, such as the national theatre/opera house.

It is a very impressive building but we only saw it from the outside. Attractive. It is very close to the Opera House.

Nothing really impressive, old Russian style architecture as a reminiscence of the communist past of the country

I had to do some paperwork in the building, but as annoyed as I was, I still had to admit it's really lovely to look at. I really like the color as well and the details. Too bad traffic cuts some photography opportunities! The entrance also has some interesting elements and a very helpful officer to guide you around, but... More

Located right next to the famous Avram Iancu square, a beautiful old building which I could not fail to admire the beautiful exterior. Frankly little interest to try to get in, anyway a quick visit through and some photos of the beautiful façade is sufficient.

We were at National Theatre and saw the building nearby. We were drawn to the architecture and mellow colours. Although we could not get inside, it was worth a look.

It's an old architectural building with some really impressive colours, you should visit it while you are in Cluj, also there are some other attraction nearby, so the location is good.

If you visit this, you have to go on the inside gardens. There are 13 inside gardens in the building very nice decorated. The roof of this building is very impressive as well. Visit this with a local guide is much more better for your understanding of the place.

It's a nice building located in Piata Stefan cel Mare opposite the Opera House. You can admire its great architecture.
