This massive park is right by the metro station, so easy access. We only explored the first half as we were tired when we arrived but, unlike the suggestion of Google Maps, this place has a lot going on. There was a theme park within it with roller coasters and such, lots of food stands, washrooms, vendors, displays, etc. Highly... More

We went for a walk through the park in September 2016. There are plenty of attractions for the kids, think the classic fun fair, complete with a large ferris wheel. In the middle of the western section, there is a pond with possibility to hire boats. Don't miss the T-34 tank, Katioucha. Recommended for some fresh air.

If you are in this area and you don't have enough time to see special places of city , it would be the best chance to go there and take a look at everything that you could see

We lived in Ismailovo hotel, which is just next to the park. There is Ismailov's Kremlin, a modern cultural and intertainment center with impressive, beautiful buildings which represents regional styles of Russian regions. Even after Cremlin I was impressed of this gorgeous ensemble. Buildings open from 10.00 a.m. to 21.00. p.m. There are also a limousins for rent, a lot,... More

The theme park itself was built in 2003 and rebuilt again after a fire. Only the wooden church survived from the fire as it stands isolated in the centre. The theme park is to showcase Russian traditions and cultural heritage. The colourful complex looks like a fairy land. Its a great place to take photos. There is a souvenir market... More

Maybe it's located slightly far away from the center but it's a perfect place to become acquainted with Russian flee market in the weekends and also there are very cheap museums of Vodka and Bread. You can find there very cheap souvenirs, of course you must negotiate with this hungry salespeople there, but it's very easy to make price 2-6... More

If You get to the third ring of the Moscow traffic by metro lines, just proceed after that on the Shosse of Entuziastov ( Highway of Enthusiasts) by metro or bus or whatever You like. And as You'll be going this way to the east, before long, it will emerge the huge green area, scattered with the ponds, brooks, little... More

I've visited this market several times throughout the year. Prices are much lower than what is found downtown around the Arbat. You'll need to do some haggling to get the right price. You can find many things here: fur hats, matryoshka dolls, watches, coins, art, animal furs, antiques, army surplus and the list goes on...Open on the weekends year round... More

it is a strange place full of little Russian badges and stuff, and yet not so strange - it is a market much like a glorified car boot sale - full of tat and souvenirs but mixed with real collectors items and every day tools etc. we bought a fur hat a few years ago and still enjoy it but... More

As first-time visitors in Moscow, we found ourselves attracted to come back again and again to this park, mainly for the souvenir market. Best shopping opportunities for memorabilia, cute gifts, easy access to metro, very good food, all one can hope for. Can't wait to come back again to Moscow and this park.
