It’s a shame that a reputable theatre allows itself to perform ballet to a tape recorder instead of the live orchestra. No prior notice, no reduction in ticket prices, yet it still happens here. Dark and empty orchestra pit and poorly balanced loudspeakers instead.

a wonderful theatre with excellent acoustics. I took my 15 year old grandson and he loved it too. an opera sung in Italian with Russian subtitles.......and the singing was a delight. take a trip to visit
