I don't now if Tulips grow year round in Russia but if not it would be best to visitthis during May or Spring in general. The FOuntains are fully turned. Best to exit Borovitskaya Metro Station if you want to go to this garden first.

We found it is more beautiful with light up at night time, many restuarants around, just go for a walk and dinner. We went during May about 8 pm buildings were illuminated with nice sky, perfect for photography.

Between the red square and the nearby Kremlin lies this park, beautiful to see and walk. It is certainly even more beautiful as long as it's all green
