Went on a trip to Moscow with friends. The walk around all of the Kremlin is very nice and impressing. It's all red and the turrets are magnificent.

Very nice view of the Kremlin walls and towers over locking the river. The golden dome also give a marvelous appearance.

It is very beautiful and one can see a symmetry in the architecture. With a good guide one can notice the changes done during the different phases of history.

This is at least a once in a life time trip. I've been in the red square four times and would gladly go back next summer. I was there in the Gorbachov-Glasstnost era and would love to keep on visiting it.

The fortress know as The Kremlin contains government offices but it also has several churches some over 300 years old. It will be crowded but well worth the crowds and the wait.

We were lucky to have the Friday with such a nice spring weather after the usual day-off on Thursday for the while complex including the Red Square. Take your time and walk around the fortress. Feel the majesty and the scale of this treasure place.

There is no charge to enter Red Square or the Kremlin. At night Red Square is all lite up, looks beautiful. I do not know that access to the Kremlin is available in the evening.
