A definite must do in Russia. The experience was unique and extremely enjoyable. I recommend you do the sauna “beating” with branches, and then the body wash. A friend of mine described it as a sort of “rebirth “. I didn’t believe him. After the...More

It's my first time in experience of Russian banya. I think it's more fun if you go with friends since it's a typical way that Russian ppl do the social activities.

This is a bit of a unique experience while in Moscow, especially if you're new to Russian banyas. Just the building itself is worth seeing. My wife and I went together and while we enjoyed ourselves, neither of us felt like we got the most...More

I reserved the candaria room because we wanted to be together with my boyfriend. Otherwise, in the public bath, we would have been separated. I loved the experience! We had a big room with jacuzzi, sauna, table to eat with sofa, tv, ... We tried...More

The Sanduny baths date from 1808 and are a memory of real Russian grandeur. I personally am not keen on saunas, but the sheer beauty of the building, the history and the tradition made the visit unforgettable. We paid for a package which included shoes...More

We booked a whole room for 2 hours to use the jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Not too bad however: Steam room does not have the usual Eucalyptus scent but more of a damp drain smell. There were no towels but red sheets and there...More

On arrival you get a bath sheet and flip flops. You can also rent a bath robe if you wish at extra charge. If you go to the upper levels prices increase as does what is on offer. The sky is the limit
