    Fantastic Volcanic Landscaps

    A very nice hike, with great views - if it's not foggy

    Worth the hike but not for the faint of heart

    Long walk, well worth the effort even on a rainy day

    We climbed Gorely one day after the Mutnovsky volcano. Luckily it is not as steep and the trail is much easier. (see review together with Mutnovsky volcano)

    Awesome

    About 4km one way with elevation of 700m from the bottom of the volcano. Easy route. Great views with volcano lake and panorama view of the mountain range from the top.

    Nice day trip

    Paddle board Gorely

    Had an amazing day hike up Gorely with a locally organised tour group. Some of the locals hiked up kayaks and paddle boards. Everyone paddled and swum and just hang out having a great time. They are amazing people in Kamchatka. Definately worth the experience.

    nice strato-volcano

    nice view from the top, nice crater- but climbing was not easy because of boulder. wheater should be nice, otherway it could be really chilly

    A Fantastic view of Gorely Volcano

    One of our stops on our ship's shore excursion was a stop at the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, Petropavlovsk, Kamchatka, Russia. On the back side landing of the cathedral, we got an amazing view of the Gorely Volcano.
