get a picture of sub outside and don't bother going inside of this stripped sub where only propaganda and photo hounds dressed as sailors pose with you and demand money.

Interesting to get a feel for living on a submarine but otherwise not particularly thrilling. In an interesting location however

I was prepared for captions in Russian only, but the first section of the submarine was entirely devoted to photos of men, presumably associated with the submarine and its wartime activities. The back end was more interesting but was half empty. All we saw was...More

Love that green color and great chance to be able to get on board of a real submarine that was very active during WWII. You get to go through tiny doors and see inside. Location is great on the bay/harbor. When we exited the submarine,...More

Very disappointing attraction. None of the exhibits occupying half of the submarine had English descriptions, so meaningless, no guides, no air conditioning and super hot, overcrowded with no crowd control - a harrowing experience for those with young kids. NOT recommended.

Very interesting experience. Worth the 100 rubbles. The first part which is the actual museum, is in Russian but the pictures and displays makes for interesting viewing. The highlight is the Torpedo room. It’s fascinating to see how it all worked. Definitely a must visit!...More
