I see this often, almost a welcome to the Upper part of Nizhny Novgorod. Standing in a park surrounded by a large round about. Not much parking and crossing the street on foot is interesting.

This plaza brings good memories, a few good statues arround an a pleasant view, warm an cozy in te summer snowy white in the winter I miss being there
