This museum is interesting for how distinctive it is. Of course the large rocket displayed outside is the most obvious thing about it, but the contents are also nicely small and interesting. It is all pretty low-tec stuff, and there is not too much to see, but to me this was part of the appeal.

The museum is relatively small, i.e. an hour or so is more than enough, but worth a visit, especially for people interested in technology and those of us old enough to remember the space race. The museum is easy to find - probably because of the great big rocket outside. It is accessible by tram (no. 20, I think) and... More

Although it makes for a great story, the stinky tour guide (I've forgotten his name) could be in a film on what not to do as a tour guide: Refuse to answer questions, yell at the people in your group when they are asking each other for confirmation about the topic and vocabulary, and do not allow the people in... Interesting and informative, but descriptions are only in Russian. Rocket motors were especially interesting. Near tram line.l

We had the chance to call in on our way back to the airport and spent a hour here but needed longer. The exhibits were great, I got to touch a module that had actually been into space as well as having the opportunity to examine current rocket engines up close. Well worth a visit if you get the chance.... More

Had great difficulty working out how much to pay. Paid for 4 sets of audio sets in English and got 2 sets and had to share. Sound quality poor and poorly delivered. The museum has a lot of potential but could provide so much more. Would have liked to have learnt more about the cosmonauts and space not just Samaras... More

Very interesting museum not only outside, but inside too. It shows different objects of space technology, help children to study modern physics and space itself of course. So, it worth to go.
