It is quite mispresented as Birch Bark museum. The main attraction here is the adjoint Soviet Museum. They do offer a considerable discount to seniors independent of nationality.

Hidden away gem, they have a little introduction sheet in English, but just looking at the art from bark is a pleasure, worth an hour of anyone’s time

Strange couple of rooms with pictures and sculptures made of birch bark. Neither particularly interesting nor attractive. However the Soviet museum located in the basement is another story and very, very worth the walk.
