Difficult to describe, market like any other. Since it's medicine market there is quite clean. I was expecting it to be smelly, but it wasn't. If you can't stand the view of dried seahorses or some parts of other animals, don't go.

This place is worth a visit just to experience the shear size of the space! You wonder how so many can operate in one area?! A fun guessing game though to identify what some of the dried goods are?!
