If you want meet Guangzhou people and know how they relax and play, this is the place. Locals come here to sing Cantonese opera, play games..kicking a shuttlecock with leg & etc..

We got here just after dusk and walked the pathways across and between lakes in the fading light . Surprisingly tranquil given its proximity to a major road. Good find!

On Some days museum is free, but if you are a tourist and visiting, the museum includes viewing of local living quarters and ticket includes a history of that area, with interesting information. If you prefer just to walk around the canals, thats fine too......More

It is connected to Litchi (Lychee) Bay. It is a manmade lake to prevent flooding in the past and it still helps the drainage process nowadays. It is a very nice lake too. You'll find lots of senior residents in the park exercising or dancing....More

Very popular for both locals and tourists. A lot of restaurants for all budgets. Inside park is very well maintained. Can see the park in one hour if you are rush but can easily spend whole daytime as there are lot of seating for picnic...More
